TRIBE has partnered with 2Ship to provide delivery services for our MOJO merchants. 2Ship is a transportation management solution that compares all shipping rates and services to deliver you the best price to deliver your products. There are multiple carriers that 2Ship has partnered with in South Africa, and the list is constantly being updated to offer merchants the best delivery rate.
Follow these steps below to setup 2Ship:
Launch MOJO from your Home or Dashboard page.
Click on Shop
, and then click on the Delivery tab.Toggle on the 2Ship option.
Click on the Sign Up button, enter your login username and password to create a new 2Ship account. Do note that you need to provide a business address and phone number before you can create a 2Ship account.
By default, the Express and Standard delivery options are enabled for all 2Ship accounts and you can change that if you wish to.
After your 2Ship account has been successfully created, you will need to top up your 2Ship wallet before a delivery service can be ordered. The top up option is available on desktop web at https://africa.2ship.com/TribeFinTech/Wallet/Manage and you can login using the username and password you have created earlier.
Once the wallet has sufficient funds, your orders can be confirmed and fulfilled through the delivery carriers.
Do note that your 2Ship account will need to have sufficient balance in the wallet to prepay for each delivery service. The delivery fee will be deducted from your 2Ship wallet once it is confirmed.
