Dashboard - Key Sales Metrics

Once you have subscribed to MOJO Business Suite and setup your MOJO Shop, all your sales transactions will be automatically tracked and reported from your dashboard. On the dashboard page, the key metrics are reported for the past week, and it includes:

  1. Sales - This is the total amount of sales revenue

  2. Total Customers - The total number of customers who purchased from your shop

  3. Product Sold (Number) - The number of products that were sold

  4. Conversion Rate - The conversion rate is the number of prospects who viewed your shop and proceeded to buy a product.

Detailed Shop Metrics From Your Mobile

When you click into the details to view all the metrics, you will find an easy way to analyse your shop growth with detailed reports presented in visually appealing charts. There are 4 main metric categories - Sales, Products, Source and Customers.

Depending on the chart type, you can filter them by sales period and also compare the growth against the earlier period. There are also table views of the ranking of the top products by sales quantity and aggregate metrics like the total number of visitors or new customers.
