  • Shop name

Your shop name is not changeable after you have first created your shop. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have questions.

  • Shop URL

You may want to personalise your shop URL to make it easier to find for your customers. We can help you do this by either giving you a URL with your shop name intertwined or you can change it yourself.

  • Tax

If your business requires tax to be applied, please change the default option of "No" to "Yes". A 15% sales tax will then be applied during checkout for all your customers' purchases.

  • Tagline

A tagline gives a quick overview of your shop or your products. Aim for not more than 7 words.

  • Description

Your shop description tells your customers more about your business and is a good place to introduce your business. Target for around 200-300 words.

  • Shop Policy

A transparent shop policy gives your customers a peace of mind when buying your products. It should cover returns, refunds, claims and any other conditions that set the expectations that the customers might have otherwise.
